Provide expert technical guidance during the post-sales phase, gaining an in-depth understanding of client business scenarios to summarize and share product application best practices.
Own and lead project delivery for cloud migration, deployment, and expansion projects, coordinating closely with customers to ensure on-time completion and continuous support.
Act as the lead liaison for technical issues and escalations, proactively identifying solutions for evolving customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain thought leadership in Cloud, AI, and ML technologies by contributing to technical documentation, industry insight articles, and the development of internal best practices.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, CSM, or Technical Project Manager.
Deep expertise in cloud or AI product suites from major global cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).A collaborative team player capable of setting clear goals, driving successful delivery, and fostering positive team morale.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior success collaborating with Digital First Businesses, ISVs, and Systems Integrators (SIs) in E-commerce, Media, Gaming, or Education.
Proven track record in managing large-scale migration and deployment projects within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
