Key Responsibilities:

-
Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management, to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all signage products meet company standards and customer specifications.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or overages.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the production workflow to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.

Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to coordinate timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement processes.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation and minimize downtime.

Budget Management: Develop and manage production budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to meet financial targets.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the production team, encouraging innovation and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management within the signage industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
