Job Description:
To provide high level confidential support to the Chief Digital Officer by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. Preferably bilingual language speaking

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:


  • To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the CDO by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
  • To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls,
- drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the CDO

  • To provide support for Board of Director meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.

Other Duties:


  • Develop skills and undertake responsibilities as appropriate which will fulfil the purpose of the role and support the success of the organization.
  • Participate and contribute to organizational/team meetings as required.
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities

Skills & knowledge:

  • Bilingual language speaking
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Willingness to carry out administrative tasks
  • Educational background in Business administration, Management, or another relevant field
  • Strong planning skills in a fastpaced environment Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to finding and proposing solutions to challenges
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship building skills and serviceoriented attitude.
  • Proven ability to multitask and keep track of several projects running in parallel Advanced computer skills and IT literacy, to include Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook

Salary:
AED15, AED20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
