Job Summary:


The Carpet Flooring and Office Furniture Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling carpet flooring solutions and office furniture to commercial clients.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The sales representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:


  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the commercial sector, including corporate offices, hotels, retail stores, and other commercial spaces.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of carpet flooring and office furniture solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build strong, longterm relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise and guidance on carpet flooring and office furniture selection, design, and installation.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.

Product Knowledge and Training:


  • Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and developments in carpet flooring and office furniture products.
  • Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and promote sales effectiveness.

Project Coordination:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, installation, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution from sale to installation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and products according to client specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the commercial construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of carpet flooring and office furniture products, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.

Pay:
From AED4,000.00 per month

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
