- Demonstrated success in mentoring junior team members, project design, development, and construction.
- Preparation, coordination and completion of design and construction documents.
- Coordination of design and engineering sub-consultants.
- Development of project specifications.
- Participating in project meetings.
- Relate an understanding of assigned project instructions to other team members.
- Preparation of client presentations.
- Identifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely manner.
- Implementing and incorporating the Abu Dhabi design standards and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in BLA, BsLA or MLA in Landscape Architecture .
- At least 8+ years of related experience.
- Ability to meet fast-paced project timelines and take on diverse projects.
- Experience working with project teams to produce documents for complex projects.
- An attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office.
- Proficiency in hand drawing conventions, file management and time reporting.
- Familiarity with Revit Architecture, Lumion and/or Rhinoceros is a plus.
