Looking for 2+ years of experience as an Aggregator Manager to own and scale our presence across social media, along with Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, Smiles, Keeta & more.
And creative Social Media Content Manager to join our team full-time at our Dubai office. As an Aggregator & Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our clients for diverse digital platforms.
You will be directly responsible for strategizing content as well as occasional offers, manage the shoots with photographer, collaborate with designer to provide relevant content and execute PPC on aggregator platforms. The actions have to align with brand sales goals and to deliver business returns.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end aggregator operations & outlet onboarding
·
100% menu accuracy & pricing control
·
Drive sales, AOV, ratings & SLA performance
·
Manage promotions, CPCs & ROI
·
Without any complaints, cancellations & delays
·
Strong coordination with ops, finance & marketing
· Collaborate with the marketing & advertising teams to brainstorm ideas and create content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
· Execute well-planned content strategies across all platforms while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.
· Conduct research to understand audience preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies, using these insights to inform creative content development.
· Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.
· Maintain a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within fast-paced environments.
