Provides design support services, performs process design calculations and detailed engineering, equipment sizing, and selection.
Prepares process design reports, case studies, and other technical documents.
Develops design alternatives, concept design schemes, process diagrams, preliminary layouts, and other basic engineering drawings.

Reviews and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, process calculations, equipment datasheets, and other design documents and identify areas of design optimization for cost competitiveness.

Liaises with vendors, third parties, and individuals both inside and outside of the organization to receive budgetary quotes and rates of certain equipment, chemicals, consumables, spare parts, and other services.

Conducts site visits, inspections, and participates in plant assets condition assessment surveys, and prepare due diligence reports.
