System Technical Lead roles and responsibilities of the job
The following duties and responsibilities are an outline of the System Technical Lead job description, as a role that focuses on uninterrupted IT Operations as efficiently and promptly as possible:


General Overview:


System Technical lead is responsible for the Administration, Implementation, Monitoring and Securing the Entire IT Infrastructure of ongoing projects, Co-ordination with internal and external IT Teams and Expressed with timeline, commitments.


Responsibilities:


  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Lead all technical implementation projects of all existing customers
  • Create, maintain and oversee all project management plans and documentation
  • Create project risk register, design mitigation plan, and track risks through the project lifecycle
  • Create the Schedule Management Plan and project timeline
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project team
  • Plan and implement the project
  • Manage, support, and direct project team
  • Lead quality assurance
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track progress against planned project roadmap to ensuring the project meet the defined deadlines, and make corrections when necessary
  • Managing relationships with client and stakeholders
  • Provide visibility to the Project Sponsor and Project Steering Committee
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess project results and outcomes
  • Work on new RFP, provide suitable solution based on the RFPs

Technical Skill

  • Configuring and maintaining the Windows Server 2012 and 2016 & 2019 operating system
  • Active Directory On-Premises/ Azure AD. Managing and Administering Office 36
  • Virtualization
  • VMware, VSphere, venter, Hyper-V
  • Backup and Monitoring Solutions (Arcserve, Veeam, Symantec & comvault)
  • Implementation and Troubleshooting of Palo alto Traps Endpoint Protection
  • Implementation and Troubleshooting of Thales Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Managing and Deep troubleshooting of complete Hardware (Server, storage, Tape library, Backup Devices etc.) HPE/Dell Server, Storage SAN switch, HCI


  • Storages

  • Pure Storage, HPE MSA
  • Manage engine products (Desktop Central, Securedesk Tool OP Manager, AD Self Service)
  • Azure AD / Azure APPs
