This is the job for you We are currentlylooking for a Project Manager (SLFJP) for oneof our clients in the insurance industry.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide leadership inthe delivery and execution of all phases of assigned projects frominitiation to closure, managing timelines, budget and scope formultiple concurrent projects.
    • Build collaborative relationships with project sponsorsand stakeholder teams.
    • Developcomprehensive project plans that align scope, time, cost, quality,resources and risks with on-going monitoring of project executionfor any deviations from the plan, invoking corrective action andcontingency plans where necessary.
    • Motivate, engage and focus efforts of multi-site projectteams by providing clear direction, ensuring access to requiredtools and removing barriers as necessary.
    • Establish effective project communications, ensuring thatproject delivery expectations are clearly understood and specified,and that information/updates are distributed in a timely manor toensure stakeholder buy in and projectsuccess.
    • Prioritize and manage ownworkload and the workload of project team members in order todeliver quality results against aggressivetimelines.
    • Build and maintaindetailed schedules and RAID logs, proactively managing risks/issueswhile effectively leveraging the change control process andescalating for support and awareness asappropriate.
    • Play a role inorganizing, attending and facilitating project workshops withdiverse group of cross-enterprisestakeholders.
    • Ensure thatappropriate processes and techniques are being leveraged by projectteams, identifying any necessary training or supportrequired.
    • Ensure all projects haveappropriate level of governance and are executed with demonstratedalignment to company project execution standards andpractices.
    • Ensure successful andseamless transition of projects to Operations and ProductionSupport team.

    What you will need tosucceed:
    • 5+ years of Project Managementexperience.
    • Excellentcommunication skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, selfmotivated and independent worker.
    • Should be able to influence others andunderstand/represent business priorities while makingdecisions.
    • Working knowledge andunderstanding of SDLC.
    • Wellconversant with MS Project and Powerpoint.
    • Preferred experience inChangepoint.
