    Division Overview

    Strategy is at the core of the business of Adenza. A well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization. The Regulatory Solutions Presales Division within the Strategy organization is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with S&M across our key growth verticals of financial and statistical regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, and ESG. The Regulatory Solutions Presales Division is integral in driving the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives for Adenza. By working closely with R&D, S&M, and Customer Success, the Presales sub-division creates a critical cohesion point across the organization. The Strategy Organization also hosts the Product Marketing division which organizes all Go-To-Market activities and promotes the corresponding solutions to customers, prospects, and partners through all available media.

    Team and Role Overview
    The Regulatory Solutions Pre-Sales Specialist will work with a team of experts led by the Regional Head of Presales. Each team member has a dedicated focus area within our key solution verticals of Regulatory Reporting, Capital, Liquidity, ESG, etc. while collaborating as a team for large multi-disciple opportunities. Leveraging Adenza's AxiomSL platform and solutions, the candidate will be provided the opportunity to craft solutions to solve complex customer challenges, learn advanced technologies, and widen their domain knowledge.   • The role will support the Presales activity and accelerate technical preparation of the solution demonstrations, delivery of RFPs, and execution of Proof of Concepts
  • The successful candidate will provide packaged demonstrations and hand them to the Presales/Market Specialists for their customer presentations
  • Depending on the candidate's profile and appetite, the role can focus on support only or include client-facing presentations
  • Master all technical steps to install the solutions, map dataset, configure workflow, audit reports
  • Functional and/or Technical customer presentations (supporting or fronting)
  • Customer demonstrations of Adenza's AxiomSL Platform and Solutions, with a focus on technology
  • Customer requirements clarification, specification, and documentation
  • Proof of Concept delivery including development/integration work
  • Coordination with developers and product management
  • Agile and independent working style to quickly respond to customer needs, working with urgency to propose creative solutions that deliver demonstrable value
  • Supporting/coordinating RFP and RFI responses
  • Participation in strategic planning and GTM processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Skills And Requirements
  • Strong technical background in financial solutions with experience in design and/or development
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
  • Experienced with low-code/no-code platform
  • Experience engaging and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to organize and execute a pre-sales plan and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Proven domain expertise in a pre-sales function
  • Domain expertise in Regulatory Reporting and/or Basel III/IV, Capital, Liquidity, ESG
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Fluent in English. Spanish or German is a plus.
  • Technical/Functional Skills:
    Database: Oracle, SQL - required Strong Excel, PPTX – required Platform: prior experience on ControllerView is a plus Knowledge of statistical languages (R/Python) is a plus General knowledge of Cloud, InfoSec, and distributed computing is a plus
