We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at NICHE Group.

As our in house Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, content ideas, and managing our social media presence across various platforms.

This role requires a high level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.


Responsibilities:


Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Create a content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand content across all social media platforms.


Content Creation:
Generate compelling and creative content ideas, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with the in-house designer and/or video editor to bring the content ideas to life.


Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community.


Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, content performance, and audience engagement. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies.


Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in social media, content marketing, and digital marketing. Stay informed about changes in algorithms and policies on various platforms to ensure compliance and optimal reach.


Community Management:
Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an active online community. Monitor online conversations, address customer inquiries or concerns, and maintain a positive brand reputation.


Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client relations to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content ideas and ensure consistent messaging.


Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and video editing (bonus if proficient)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry developments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not essential)
