We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Live-out Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to the seamless functioning of our esteemed establishment.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
Oversee the upkeep of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and other designated spaces.
Manage the inventory of linen and ensure its proper use and maintenance.
Handle laundry operations efficiently, including washing, ironing, and folding.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to address any issues promptly.
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
