SLAB HOUSE is looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant.


Position Overview:


  • Recording of supplier invoices and cash transactions in the system.
  • Assisting accountant in invoicing, petty cash management and other basic accounting related works.
  • Assisting accountant in all aspects of company's financial transaction, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations if needed.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, answering phones, processing the mail & etc
  • Providing overall support to the accounts department.

Qualifications:


  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Nationality:

  • Filipino (preferred)

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- accounts assistant: 2 years (required)

  • Admin: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • English (required)
