Key Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our insurance operations, focusing on serving our company's internal insurance needs


Your responsibilities will include:

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Collaborating closely with company employees and management to address insurance needs, including vehicle insurance, property insurance, medical insurance, and any other insurance requirements that may arise.

Policy Administration:


  • Handling the administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing for our internal stakeholders.

Claims Processing:


  • Managing insurance claims for our company's assets, liaising with insurers to facilitate smooth and timely claim settlements.

Risk Assessment:


  • Evaluating the insurance needs of various company departments and assessing risks to tailor insurance solutions that mitigate potential challenges.

Market Research:


  • Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging regulations to offer informed advice and enhance our internal insurance offerings.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and maintaining precise records for internal insurance matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in insurance, with a solid understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for policy management and claims processing.
  • Ethical conduct, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
