The individual will be required to support the overall objectives and tactics implemented in monitoring and analyzing agent demand and fulfilling and managing the KPIs defined in the SLA.

Responsibilities:
Measuring and validating of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization.

Recommend innovative methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies.

Collation of reports for Power BI Dashboard, Balance Scorecards and all other TG recruitment reporting tools working with the Senior Manager.

Collation of reports for Recruitment, and all other TG reporting tools working with the Head/Management of Department.


Requirements:
2-3 years in a similar position in the industry
