- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Familiarize with existing tracking and funnels
- Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
- Analyzing data to identify problems and opportunities
- Producing effective ad copies
- Define OKRs for channel experiences
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 3 - 5 years' of prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of core digital marketing tools
- Practical knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Facebook)
- Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Strong technical and data analysis skills
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
