    • Knowledge of PRA(Prudential Regulatory Authority) regulations related to IBS(Important Business Services) & CBS (Critical BusinessServices). (D)
    • Strong Excel (particularly largedata sets / modelling) and report production(M)
    • Prior Business Management &Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines(E)
    • Prior Team Management experience or stronginclination towards people & team management(E)
    • Stakeholder Management ability to engageand build effective relationships with team and stakeholders(E)
    • Strong communicator – able toexpress ideas via various communication channels(E)
    • Excellent written and interpersonalcommunication skills and ability to communicate with diverseaudiences (E)
    • Ability to investigate items indetail / Meticulous attention to detail(E)
