Plans and ensures implementations of allthe IT help desk support related activities.Health and safety responsibilities
Installing and configuring hardware and software components toensure usability.
Upgrading the entiresystem to enable compatible software on allcomputers.
Troubleshooting hardware andsoftware issues.
Maintain records/logs ofrepair and fixes.
Daily maintenance ofCheckIn/Gate Hardware,
Repairing orreplacing damaged hardware.
Providing L1support to users and being the first point of contact for errorreporting.
Inspection of all Signage displayto ensure no downtime.
Creating, updating,and maintaining seat map in Maestro.
