    Purposeand Scope:

    Supervise and manage programactivities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/ornontechnical areas.

    Such areas include engineering designdevelopment testing implementation operation and maintenance ofdiverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operationsresearch; asset management and program documentation.

    EssentialResponsibilities:

    1.Working under thesupervision of a senior PM or above demonstrates and providesproject leadership in their area of responsibility.

    2.Identify potential project problems oropportunities analyze the issues using all appropriate resourcesdevelop alternatives and arrive at the most optimum approach tomitigate problems or exploit opportunities.


    • Ensures development and adherence to the project Work BreakdownStructure Asset Management and Workflow Management elements.

    4.Expand the Project Execution Plan forsubsequent phases (Project Initiation Project ExecutionConstruction etc.) and communicates and coordinates theimplementation of the enhancements with the project team.

    5.Establish track and report status againstkey performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routinebasis.

    6.Participate in the establishment ofproject organizational structure in support of proposal efforts.

    7.Demonstrates command of the schedule goalskey milestones and approach to the work embodied in the schedule.

    8.Ensures that a firm scopebased schedulebaseline is established and properly resourced.

    9.Demonstrates knowledge of the schedule toolsprocedures and work process.

    10.Reviewsreports and manages key performance measures defined within thecontract. Implements corrective measures when measures are outsideservice levels or bandwidths.

    11.Consistentlymeets or improves upon the established schedule goals in their areaof responsibility.

    12.Manages performance andprogress against the plan and ensures accurate forecasts withcommensurate action plans.

    13.Establishesannual operating budgets in cooperation with customer businessmanager or group financial department.


    • Provides accurate monthly forecasts of cost schedule andresource utilization.
    15.Works with BusinessDevelopment to increase scope of services on existing contracts.

    16.Supports BD and Group management inContract negotiations with customers.


    • Supports or conducts formal presentations to clients and/ormanagement.
    18.Organize and motive a projectteam.

    19.Ensure customer satisfaction via highMonthly Assessments and Contractor Performance Assessments or asrequired by contract requirements

    Perform allother position related duties as assigned or requested.

    Minimum Position Knowledge Skills and

    Abilities Required:

    Bachelors degree in ProjectManagement or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent.
    Minimum three (3) years relative experience. Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification is recommended. Understanding ofhuman resource finance and taxation requirements in a multinationalenvironment. Knowledge of federal government service contractingprocess and associated local state federal and other regulations.

    Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge ofwordprocessing and integrated software applications; organizationalskills and ability to perform detailoriented work are required.

    Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a SecurityClearance. Position may require travel.

    Work Environment Physical Demands and MentalDemands:
    Typical office environment with nounusual hazards occasional lifting to 20 pounds constant sittingwhile using the computer terminal constant use of sight abilitieswhile reviewing documents constant use of speech/hearing abilitiesfor communication constant mental alertness must possessplanning/organizing skills and must be able to work underdeadlines


    OCONUS:
    Some positions will be assigned to overseaslocations where living and working conditions at assignmentlocation could be remote and uncomfortable with long hours exposureto weather dust and hazardous/harsh conditions

    Additional Job Description
