Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator for our office in Dubai to manage and maintain our organization's information technology systems.

The applicant will be in charge of assuring the efficient running of our computer systems, including networking, hardware, and software.

Additionally, the IT Systems Administrator will be in charge of overseeing user accounts and provide technical assistance to staff members.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Install, configure, and maintain systems for networking, software, and hardware.
  • Create, manage, and effectively allocate IT budgets and resources.
  • Monitor system performance and guarantee that computer systems are operated effectively and efficiently.
  • Interactions with printing service providers, supervision of completed work, handling incidents, contracts, and workflow
  • Purchasing IT equipment, including working with suppliers, contracts, and workflow
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to employees
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating system at an administrator level
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of computer systems
  • Manage data backup and recovery procedures
  • Supporting for the documentation with the company projects
  • Maintaining the time attendance machine
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • 12 years IT Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures
  • Knowledge of windows server and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with security protocols, firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
