Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and secure new luxury properties that align with our brand's commitment to exclusivity and high-end living.

Strategic Negotiations: Forge and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers to negotiate favorable lease agreements and acquisitions.

Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships and networking opportunities that enhance our business growth and market presence.

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to guide business strategies, understand competitor dynamics, and identify emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate market.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and property management.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, preferably in real estate or luxury market sectors.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and business expansion activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and persuade highlevel stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset.
