Description
We are looking for a
(Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team.

Prefer can join at the earliest.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Maintaining records of personnelrelated data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of the UAE employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problemsolving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus

Salary:
AED3, AED5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • 3 years HR Generalist (required)
