    Responsibilities

    Dutiesof the role will include, but is not limited to:

    • Manage the tracking and reporting ofweapons stock take.
    • Ensure accurate and timelyreporting of stock levels.
    • Implement andmaintain efficient systems for weapons inventorymanagement.
    • Conduct regular audits to identifycompliance issues.
    • Develop and implementremediation plans to address auditfindings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams toensure corrective actions are taken.
    • Leadinitiatives to modernise compliance systems andprocesses.
    • Stay current with industry bestpractices and technology to enhance complianceefficiency.
    • Implement new technologies tostreamline compliance operations.
    • Oversee theadministration and management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)paperwork.
    • Ensure accurate and organised datamanagement for ILS documentation.
    • Collaboratewith relevant teams to maintain compliance with ILSrequirements.

    The IdealCandidate

    • MILIS qualifications in logisticscatalogues (mandatory)
    • NV1 AGSVA securityclearance (mandatory)
    • Well-developedcommunications skills
    • Comfortable working withambiguity and capable of findingopportunities
    • Comfortable taking ownership oftasks and projects, demonstrating a self-driven and proactiveapproach
    • Ability to demonstrate resilience andagility in adapting to a rapidly changing workenvironment
