We are into a startup digital asset derivatives trading platform. The company is growing quickly and has teams located in Dubai to ensure a robust and reliable trading environment. They are now expanding their team.


Role summary

As Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you develop and manage relationships with crypto projects and user base by driving partnerships and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
• Assess projects in order to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
• Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, other partners introductions.
• Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommend corrective actions if necessary.
• Collect feedback from partners and the community, recommend improvements.
• Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 24 years of work experience in consulting, blockchain business development or research
• Financial analysis skills able to model business plans and return on investment
• Previous work experience in CeFi or DeFi business development is preferred.
