    Marketing Manager - Digital
    Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

    This position requires sound knowledge of offline marketing (20%) and strong understanding and experience in digital marketing (80%), specifically performance marketing.

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Ideally an individual with a proven track record of scaling via performance marketing and a stern focus on data-driven results

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute marketing strategies:

    Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, with a primary focus on digital marketing channels, particularly performance marketing.


    Performance marketing:

    Drive performance marketing initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and retention, including managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC), social media advertising and affiliate marketing Own and execute strategy across online platfroms marketing, whilst providing strategic advise on all offline channels.

    Drive efficiency through day-to-day campaign optimizations, audience discovery, and ongoing testing. Understand channel incrementality, working across marketing and data science to create a multi-touch view of our customers. Hit and maintain LTV/CAC goals, owning and optimizing your monthly marketing budget to maximize this metric.

    Organic Marketing:
    Search engine optimization (SEO) with strong experience in on-page SEO, email marketing with in-depth knowledge of customer journeys and lifecycle management

    Data analysis and reporting:

    Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

    Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    Offline marketing support:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Provide input and support for offline marketing initiatives, mainly events, radio and print collateral

    Team management and collaboration:
    Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales (food advisors), to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience:
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and performance marketing. Experience in offline marketing is a plus.

    Digital marketing expertise:
    Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is essential.

    Analytical mindset:
    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

    Strategic thinker:
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

    Strong communication skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Leadership abilities:

    Experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment.


    Adaptability and creativity:
    Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving marketing landscape. Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

    Bachelor's degree:
    A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
