Job Title:
AI Strategy and Innovation Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine the organization's AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Identify emerging AI trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance organizational capabilities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI initiatives into business operations.
Lead the exploration and implementation of innovative AI solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation by promoting creativity, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
Drive the adoption of AIdriven insights and technologies across departments and functions.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with AI vendors, technology providers, and research institutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their AI needs and priorities.
Leverage external networks and industry connections to stay abreast of AI developments and best practices.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and iterate AI strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in AI strategy development, innovation management, and technology implementation.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project management expertise with experience leading crossfunctional teams and delivering complex initiatives.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through AIdriven innovation.
