Description

The Real Estate Leasing Agent will be responsible for finding tenants for properties and representing landlords in the leasing of their properties, as well as handling negotiation, contract signature, and other aspects of the leasing process.

The role involves maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party vendors, as well as staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing or Sales
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
