ABOUTYOU

Wewould love to welcome the right person to our team helping ourregion of over 26 schools to achieve challenging commercialtargets. To be successful in this role you willhave:

• Extensive experience in projectmanagement and health and safety.
• Drawing ondata and insights the ability to plan and execute to high standardsproject plans and achieve challenging KPIs.
• Aidin drafting new builds RFPs and project plans including allfinancials and boardpapers work with schools on expansions linkedto capacity reviews and constraints and annual routine schoolmodifications.
• A talent for collaborating withboth Heads of schools and regional / central colleagues alike toalign their goals with your own and drive performance andimprovements across the region.
• Strongleadership style that embraces working with many differentlocations and cultures to drive high performing projects and Healthand Safety.
