What We're Looking For

• A proven trackrecord of 2-4 years in managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Exceptionalskills in Driving Revenue, footfall and conversations using TikTok advertising,showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
• Strongfamiliarity with and understanding of TikTok creative best practices, trends,storytelling, hooks, User Generated Content (UGC), influencer style content,and native platform behaviours.
• Comprehensiveknowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting workflows, and full-funneloptimisation specifically for TikTok.
• Previousexperience in working with TikTok Pixel, server-side tracking, and eventoptimisation.
• SensationalCollaboration skills to work effectively with creators, videographers, or UGCpartners to produce High-Performing short-form video content.
• Brings a data-driven Mindset with the ability to translate Creative andAudience Performance into clear, actionable insights that elevate FIVE'sdigital impact.
• Demonstrates confidence working closely with Web, Brand, and On-SiteActivation Teams to ensure Paid TikTok Campaigns align seamlessly with Events,Offers, and real-time Social Moments.

• A proven track record of Experience in Nightlife, Hospitality,Entertainment, or Events.
• Possesses familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with the abilityto support tracking, optimisation, and performance measurement acrossplatforms.

KeyResponsibilities

• Builds, launches, and optimises TikTok Advertising Campaigns designed todrive Event Attendance, Table Bookings, Venue Awareness, and measurable RevenueGrowth across FIVE's Lifestyle Experiences.
• Develops full-funnel TikTok Paid Strategies spanning Prospecting,Retargeting, and Loyalty Audiences to maximise reach, efficiency, andconversion across all priority markets.
• Partners closely with Content Teams to guide the creation ofhigh-performing TikTok-first Assets, including UGC-style videos, Influencer-ledcontent, On-Site Captures, Trend-led Concepts, Hooks, and Storylines engineeredfor impact.
• Implements and validates TikTok Pixel Tracking and Event Configuration,ensuring precise Attribution, accurate Measurement, and data-drivenoptimisation.
• Prepares frequent Performance Reports with clear Insights,Recommendations, and Strategic Actions across Creative, Audience Segments, andFunnel Stages.
• Identifies platform opportunities, Trend Moments, Cultural Shifts, andInnovative Tactics that increase Awareness, stimulate Bookings, and elevateoverall Revenue.
• Stays fully up to date with TikTok Trends, Ad Formats, Platform Updates,and Best Practices within the Nightlife, Hospitality, Luxury, and Entertainmentspace.
• Explores additional Paid Media Channels, including Meta, Snapchat,Google, and YouTube when needed, while maintaining TikTok as the primaryStrategic Focus.
