What will your mission be?

Join a team of Data Analytics Experts:

• Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and challenges.
• Design and create data models for databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systems.
• Ensure data models adhere to best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and implement data architecture standards and guidelines.
• Work with database administrators and developers to implement the data architecture.
• Develop strategies for data integration, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Ensure data integration processes are efficient, accurate, and meet business requirements.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement data security and privacy measures.
• Implement metadata management processes to track and document data lineage, definitions, and usage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business users, to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data architecture for performance and efficiency.
• Improve the performance of existing environments by proposing areas for improvement and doing audits.
• Contribute your knowledge and skills to the Data team and help consultants to enhance their skills.
• Maintain a technology watch, essential to the development of your business.
• Take part in pre-sales by qualifying opportunities, working out costings and helping to draw up sales proposals.

Technological environment :

• ETL (Azure Data Factory, MS BI, Talend)
• DataVisualization (Power BI, QlikSense, QlikView, Tableau Software)
• Cloud (Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, AWS, GCP)
• Big Data (Spark, Scala, Kafka).
• Methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, V Cycle

Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering school or technical training at Master to Doctorate level, you have at least 8 years' experience in an IS project context with at least 3 years in architecture design.
• You have a strong ability to work cross-functionally, to challenge customer needs and make proposals, while uniting teams. Rigorous and recognized for your ability to communicate and teach, your experience has enabled you to support your customers and be convincing.
• Good skills in English communication
• You have a proven track record in Cloud migration projects (Platform design and transition, Application modernization, Multi-cloud application concurrency)

We also expect you to have some experience in a variety of technologies, which may include :

• Experience with open-source systems and cloud providers (mainly Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Azure architecture and implementation, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, networking. Security is a plus
• Azure automation, Infra-as-Code, creation of solution templates for rapid and consistent deployment. Hands-on experience with DevSecOps would be highly appreciated.
• Experience of modernizing applications, reducing dependencies on legacy architectures, modularizing systems and maximizing the value of cloud technologies
• Experience of migrating large, complex workloads to Azure, AWS or GCP (e.g. SAP, mainframe)
• Understanding of containerization and microservices
