    We're seeking a dedicated and innovative Manager for Invoicing Telecom Projects to join our friendly team in the Telecommunications industry.     Responsibilities

    • Manage the complete invoicing process for telecom projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
    • Collaborate with project managers to understand project details and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
    • Oversee the subcontracting invoicing processes, ensuring that all subcontractors are billed accurately and promptly.
    • Develop and implement effective invoicing strategies and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    • Conduct regular audits of invoicing procedures and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to maintain open lines of communication regarding invoicing matters.
    • Mentor and guide the invoicing team, facilitating their professional development and ensuring a supportive working environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in invoicing or project management within the telecommunications industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing subcontracting projects and their invoicing processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in invoicing software and accounting systems relevant to telecom projects.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
