2. Assist colleagues whenever necessary with HSE administration.


  • Schedule & book meetings and HSE visits for Gp HSE Manager.
  • Providing administration services to the HSE Department as required.
  • Perform data-entry onto the Data Center portal of HSE data.
  • File and retain HSE documentation and perform general printing and other administrative duties.
  • Scheduling and filing of HSE meeting minutes.
  • Compile incident and HSE statistics information to identify trends.
  • Other duties as and when required in support of the HSE team.
  • Manage and distribute HSE library documents.
  • Compile HSE reports on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare dashboard reports on Power BI.
  • Assist in the development of HSE processes, procedures, tools and workflow.
  • Maintain and analyze all statistical data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly period. Communicate trends and important issues to Gp HSE Manager.
  • Organizing the schedule for HSE Audits and Management Site Visits.
  • Review and assist with yearly HSE Audit Action Plans and provide support to achieve target dates.
  • Raise manpower requests on the HR Portal.
  • Assisting applicants interview by calling them to arrange the schedule for interview.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE registers and trackers.
  • Monitor BIM reporting and generate reports to identify compliance of projects and performance individual HSE team members
  • Reporting to the Gp HSE Manager and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist in organizing HSE training sessions at Head Office as required ensuring appropriate planning (_i.e. organizing catering as required, room booking or location of the training_) to enable training to take place.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
