Description

• Scoping and definition ofcontinuous improvement / Business process transformationprograms.
• Conduct & facilitate businessprocess mapping exercises and contribute to re-engineering projectsacross departments, functions, and groupactivities.
• Develop and maintain businessprocess documentation (including policies, process maps, qualityand controls framework, KPIs, etc...), desk topprocedures, training documents, etc. Monitor changes and providetimely updates to the business process library using adequate BPMsystems (Visio / ARIS).
• Evaluate existingprocesses ("as is"), analyze implementedchanges, and recommend adjustments to workflows, systems,schedules, or other processes ("to be") todrive adoption, address control gaps or identify efficciencyopportunities.
• Contribute to transformationprojects as required, including project management and stafftraining.
• Provide transparent and timelyupdates on activities and performance.
• Managedirect reports with adequate supervision, guidance, performancefeedback.
• Maintains confidentiality of allinformation shared at all times
• Comply withcompany and functional governance and controlrequirements
  
  

Qualifications AndExperience

• Business Process Management expertwith regional experience
• Project ManagementProfessional (PMP), Six-Sigma Black Belt certificationpreferred.
• Experience seeing projects throughthe full life cycle in line with scope, budget, timeline andreporting to senior management
• Excellentanalytical skills; proven ability to solve problemscreatively
• Expert with business processmanagement software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience with Aris.
• Minimum Bachelors inFinance / Business Management
• 8+ years relevantexperience infunction/region/industry
