Job Description:


As a Sales Specialist at AOC Trader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the Middle East region.

Leveraging your extensive sales experience and knowledge of rice, sugar, and edible oil, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Middle East region, focusing on the wholesale distribution of rice, sugar, and edible oil, as well as solar systems, commodities, and instruments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the wholesale sector, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their demands.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, utilizing market insights and competitive analysis to drive business growth.
  • Product Promotion: Promote AOC Trader's product portfolio, including rice, sugar, edible oil, solar systems, commodities, and instruments, through various marketing channels, including direct sales, presentations, trade shows, and networking events.

Contract Management:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue generation, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the wholesale distribution sector, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.

Skills:


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the GCC region, preferably within the wholesale distribution sector, with a focus on rice, sugar, and edible oil.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale distribution industry, with experience in selling agricultural commodities and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decisionmakers at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and drive results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
  • Resultsoriented and customerfocused, with a passion for exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
