Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all onsite activities, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, hazards, and quality control issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure work environment.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
- Perfect fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
