Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain shipping and logistics data accurately and efficiently.
Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the operations team to gather relevant information and resolve any discrepancies.
Organize and sort source documents to prepare data for entry.
Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis and decisionmaking purposes.
Identify and address datarelated issues and propose solutions for process improvement.
Maintain data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or logistics is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a shipping or logistics environment.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and relevant tools.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, terminology, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of data accurately and within tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
