As a Relationship Manager within Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, providing personalized guidance on extensive portfolio of luxury properties, and facilitating the sales process from initial inquiry to post-sale support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Showcase diverse portfolio of luxury properties and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate property viewings, conduct presentations, and address inquiries to facilitate informed decisionmaking by clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales executives, marketing teams, and property management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to client's postsale, addressing any concerns or inquiries and maintaining longterm relationships.
  • Will be responsible for selling the property to investors and achieve Sales targets.
  • Discuss various opportunities of the property and attend to inquiries of clients.
  • Source potential investors and establish/ maintain a good working relationship.
  • Accelerating overall sales growth.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build awareness and knowledge of the property market.
  • Prepare manuals for the completed & launched projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities, with a customercentric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Salary:
AED8, AED15,000.00 per month
