Requirements

Organization and accountability (detailoriented, fierce data hygiene, tracking, etc.)_
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role preferred_
Flexibility (being comfortable in the grey, adjusting expectations, positioning your customers for success in the face of change)_

Assets

Technical aptitude (has baseline technical knowledge and the attitude and desire to continuously learn in a technical environment)_
Management, renewals or upsells experience would be a plus_
