University and Career Guidance Counsellor & Sixth Form Year LeaderSchool's University and Career department is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their post-secondary education and career planning.

The University and Career Guidance Counsellor & Sixth form Year Leader is responsible for the effective implementation of all policies and procedures which affect student readiness and placement into the university of their choice.

In addition, this position will also be responsible for all elements of educational provision for pupils in the Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13), including pupils' academic progress.

The incumbent will also be responsible for the overall welfare, discipline and administration of all pupils in the Sixth Form, including taking a leading and active role in embedding a kind and aspirational culture, which promotes the wellbeing, and supports the engagement and development, of all pupils.
