PositionSummary

Our Strategic Advisory teamrequires an experienced Senior Consultant with experience instrategy and investment planning to join our team in UAE. Thesuccessful candidate will have proven experiences in corporateplanning and business case development for initiatives inlargescale international projects ideally in UAE KSA and the widerMiddle East region. The role will require strategy and managementconsulting experience across sectors preferably at corporatelevel.

You will work collaborativelywith a range of development authorities key stakeholders in Publicand private sectors and business leadership in transportinfrastructure and real estate. The right candidate will be basedin UAE but will be required to work across the broader MiddleEast.

KeyResponsibilities / Accountabilities:

ProjectManagement

• Steer projectexecution to deliver agreed upon service aligned with clientexpectations.
• Project Manage all aspects oftime cost and quality for our consulting projects.
• Work together with our technical advisors engineersplanners and commercial consultants to bring integrated offeringsto our clients.
• Liaise with internal andexternal stakeholders to provide input into integrated serviceofferings such as master planning and land development withspecific focus on digital and net zero elements to drive Businesscase developments capital plan developments.
• Manage stakeholders and drive alignment and buyins from keystakeholders.
• Build lasting relationships andinfluence senior colleagues and clients in leadingroles.
• Build strong internal relationshipsacross the AtkinsRalis business.

Project Delivery

• Develop an understanding of Client and sectoralenvironment and; identify opportunity areas leading to developmentof strategy plans
• Lead delivery on clientassignments; key tasks include stakeholder management Prepareclient presentations work products and deliverables to be presentedat CSuite level.
• Develop investment plansbased on prioritisation models aligned to department/unit level andcorporate level objectives.
• In collaborationwith client stakeholders develop investment proposals foridentified opportunities including scope work breakdown structuresschedules and costs.
• Develop Benefitmanagement plans including assessment of Benefits realization fromkey strategic initiatives.
• Work within bothtraditional and agile project environments with high degree ofambiguity and a track record of highquality delivery.
• Leverage data and technology including visualizationtools such as Tableau to provide valuable insights to leadershipand solutions to clients challenges.
• Stayabreast of industry regulations key trends economic indicators andmarket dynamics to provide timely and relevant insights toclients.

WinWork

• Assist service lineleadership in identifying business development opportunities withcurrent and potential clients.
• Contribute topreparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals to winwork and expand the service line.

Practice Building &Development

• Contribute topositioning our Consulting and Strategic Advisory services acrossthe Middle East through thought leadership development and socialmedia presence.
• Identify opportunities fornew and integrated services bringing the best from our globalbusiness and technical domains to our clients in the middle eastand beyond.

Education

• MBA is required.
• RelevantBachelors degree preferably in Finance Engineering Economics orBusiness is required.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Overall experience: 7 years with 34 years advisingleadership on strategy and Investment planning.
• Proven experience in Capital and investment planningwith a track record of project delivery and management
• Experience in strategy and management consulting acrosssectors preferably Aviation.
• Indepthknowledge of local and regional markets regulations and industrybest practices
• Excellent skills in MicrosoftOffice and reporting writing and presentation.
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel financial modellingand analytical skills with proficiency in business casedevelopments
• Exposure to Power BI Tableau andproject reporting tools is preferrable.

Behavioral Skills

Excellent communication andpresentation skills; capable of presenting detailed subject matterto a variety of stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to interact with regulatory agenciesstakeholders and clients while developing effectiverelationships.
• Fluency in written and spokenEnglish Arabic is preferred.
• Willing totravel within UAE and the GCC region.
• Able toindependently prioritize and work effectively underpressure.
• Flexible adaptable and prepared totake on new challenges and work from other AtkinsRalis and clientoffice locations.
• Highly selfmotivatedpossessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to deliveringsustainable outcomes.
