    Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

    Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Water Seal Company LLC. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the UAE construction market, particularly in waterproofing or structural strengthening/concrete repair or fit-out contracting, flooring or any other construction sub-contractors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Track potential projects of target clients and gather job inquiries by studying specifications, visiting sites, preparing commercial and technical proposals, and sending them to clients
    • Submit technical submittals and follow up with clients/consultants for approval
    • Coordinate internally and externally to deliver projects, manage invoicing, make follow-ups, and collect payments

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    Job Requirements:

    • Familiarity with the UAE construction market and its requirements
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, consultants, and internal teams
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
