Job Responsibilities

Monitoring and follow up on prior authorization for outpatient services wherever required and all Inpatient servicesClaims analysis prior to their submission to insurance companies by FinanceReconciliation of claims paid and outstanding with insurance companies and coordination with FinanceDemonstrates functional and business knowledge required for the job and applies that to following the requirements of Insurance Companies in the Hospital and follow-up with the Companies.

Job Requirements

GraduateVery good understanding of hospital operationsIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership experienceExcellent relationship managementAt least three (3) years in similar field.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy essential.
