We are currently seeking a Business Strategy & Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team based in Dubai.

Directly reporting to the President Kering MEA, you will support in researching, gathering, collating, analyzing the data to generate consumer and market related trends.

You will be managing ad hoc projects, data cleaning, identify highlights and present results to business and brands. You will be working with lots of different teams and brands to present reports frequently.

  • How you will contribute?_
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collate information on local market trends and offerings
  • Ensure acquisition of relevant business intelligence (e.g. micro and macro data, trends, forecasts, competitors' benchmarking) through internal, external, and informal sources
  • Identify areas of research and intelligence gathering on a daytoday basis and propose approaches to resolve gaps and deepen understanding by identifying key issues, conducting analysis and elaborating recommendations and strategies
  • Structure, elaborate and present research and analysis to senior management and Group Brands on a regular basis
  • Commission and coordinate primary research studies and source secondary research to address specific issues in Group Brands' strategic development plan and to further understand market potential
  • Manage access to information, subscriptions, and databases for the team
  • Drive the market intelligence function to ensure the availability of realtime market intelligence reporting, benchmarking, and analysis to enable better decisionmaking across various regions and products as well as support in the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Build holistic business unit profiles which include detailed analysis of local entity performance, market/vertical/competition analysis, and identification of potential improvement areas, verticals to penetrate, and prioritization to enable growth across product lines.
  • Work with stakeholders on relevant business initiatives and lead strategic business intelligence and adhoc projects
  • Align with senior management to develop market intelligence on industry trends and strategic opportunities
  • Assist in analyzing information and turn them into insights and propose strategies and solutions
  • Produce insightful analyses highlighting solutions on our internal brand data
  • Analyse potential market and product gaps across the company's new and existing portfolio along with value added products.
  • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Work with the aim to consistently managing the data flow from various sources, including internal/external data sets
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management team using modern visualisation tools.
  • Monitor costs and key material fluctuations inclusive of internal/external factors and logistics.
  • Build strong working relation with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
