    Dubai, UAE – Relocation supportedCompany: Reload LogisticsDepartment: Commercial, SalesOverviewReload Logistics is seeking a skilled Tender Specialist with up to 5 years of experience in Southern and Central African logistics.

    This role is central to expanding our bid volume and improving win rates across freight, customs, and supply chain contracts.

    The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in tender preparation, pricing strategy, and regional compliance. A background in cargo operations and rate comping is beneficial but not essential.
    Key ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end tender processes for Southern and Central African logistics contracts, including RFQs, RFPs, and bid submissionsAnalyse bid performance and contribute to strategies that increase win rate and bid volumeCollaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to align pricing and service offeringsMaintain tender documentation, compliance records, and submission schedulesTrack market trends and competitor activity across Southern and Central AfricaSupport business development efforts with tailored proposals and client‑specific solutionsRequirementsUp to 5 years of tendering experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chainStrong exposure to Southern and Central African markets (e.g., South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, DRC)Demonstrated success in preparing and submitting logistics tendersFamiliarity with customs procedures, multimodal routing, and pricing modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to relocate to Dubai (UAE)PreferredBackground in cargo operations and rate compingExperience with donor‑funded or government tendersBilingual (English, French, or Afrikaans)Familiarity with CRM or tender management platforms
