ob Description - Solves windows serverrelated problems on a daily basis.

- In support of changemanagement within the data center, provides the CSC with highquality documentation on all enterprise Windows systems.

- Monitorsall enterprise Windows Systems and proactively intervenes to solveproblems before they impact customers (ex. checks error logs forany critical and warning error messages, performs core dumpanalysis, monitors virtualization infrastructure, SCOM).

-Management and updating of all enterprise services running onWindows platforms (To include administration of theUniversity's Active Directory Domain and all ActiveDirectory related services).

- Responsible for Windows accountdelegation. - Administrate Virtual infrastructure, this includes(VMware, HyperV, CITRIX). - Responsible for Active Directoryadministration, SAN and Backup. - Coordinates with vendors forsupport. - Generates, develops and distributes statistical reportsfor management. - Assists in server specifications, procurement,installation, administration and maintenance. - Tests and deploysnew enterprise servers and services. - Automation of bulkoperations using scripting methods like VBScript and PowerShell -Administration of Enterprise Antivirus Servers, VMware Servers andSCCM.

- Administration of enterprise monitoring systems -Performing standard administration responsibilities - Participatingin disaster recovery tests and planning - Maintains accurate andcomprehensive documentation diagrams of the enterprise servers andbackup infrastructure and communications flow and routing.

-Perform proactive support functions and reporting to maintain theintegrity of the enterprise equipment and infrastructure - Mentorand motivate junior members of technical support teams -Responsible to adhere with all information security policies andprocedures of the University.
