    Job Title: Global Account Director - Position Overview

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Global Account Director to lead our account management efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing global accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow global accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships and increased revenue.
    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of account management activities.
    • Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Cross-Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a deep understanding of global markets and cultural nuances, applying this knowledge to develop effective account management strategies.
    • Tech Savviness: Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, utilizing data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of success.
    • Skillset: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, understanding of global markets and cultural nuances, experience with CRM software and sales analytics.
