Description

Project Planning and Execution:


  • Lead project kickoff meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish project timelines and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track for successful completion.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and internal project teams, and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely resolution of conflicts or issues.

Budget and Cost Management:


  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and expenditures, and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or value engineering without compromising project quality or objectives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:


  • Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures for construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and construction progress and address any nonconformities or deficiencies promptly.

Contract Administration:


  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and align with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations, including milestone payments, deliverables, and warranties.
