Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive at Al Huzaifa Furniture in Sharjah. The role involves handling customer complaints and queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive would also be responsible for managing customer service and support.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and queries
  • Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the furniture or retail industry is a must
  • Tracking and keeping records of the customer Inquiries, complain.

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
