Reporting to:
Head – Corporate AdvisoryLocation: DIFC, Dubai, UAETerm: PermanentAbout the role:Offering Corporate Advisory services, including but not limited to, Debt advisory (raising, restructuring, refinancing), M&A advisory & corporate finance strategic advisory to Corporates & Single Family offices

Responsibilities:

Originate CA Mandates covering minimum revenue of USD 250k per transactionGenerate incremental revenue through introduction of other services within Klay group i.e.

Private banking Advisory, Asset Management Advisory, Family Office advisory etc.
On-board 5 "New-to-Business" clients on yearly basis for the CA business segmentSupport provided:Coverage team will be provided with structuring and placement team support to execute client mandates

Min Qualifications:
MBA (Finance), CFA or ACCA/CPA/CA equivalent

Min Experience:
10+ years' experience of originating & structuring Corporate Finance transactions (Fee based Revenue i.e. Non-interest income).


Key requirements:
Strong client relationships in UAE & broader GCC region to originate mandates
