    • Learn about and understand thebusiness line and gain sound knowledge of thesector.
    • Undertake valuation related workallocated by seniors in an accurate and professionalmanner.
    • Undertake valuation of properties inDubai, Abu Dhabi and throughout theUAE
    • Undertake research work and collectcomparable evidence.
    • Undertake propertyinspections.
    • Write valuationreports.
    • Attend events to promote thedepartment and firm amongst clients and professionalorganizations.
    • Form a network or expand on anexisting network of real estateprofessionals.
    • Respond to client enquiries in atimely manner.
    • Acquire and build a soundknowledge of the local property markets and legal caselaw.
    • Take a close interest in the propertypress and the national press with a view to building up a wideperspective of the property market and relatedactivities.
    • Fulfill instructions within agreedguidelines to achieve agreed businesstargets.
    • Organize, update and maintainconfidential files, databases and reports, ensuring accurate andup-to-date records.
    • Fully understand officerecords and procedures and be able to make good use of all theavailable information containedtherein.
    • Maintain confidentiality in respect ofall work undertaken by the Department and to be aware of what islikely to be sensitive information.
    • Abide bythe principle of Continuing Professional Development as required bythe Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors(RICS).
    • Comply with Knight Frank best practicesand procedures.
    • Communicate fully with allstakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in anefficient and professional manner.
    • Liaise withmembers of other departments and to get to know the individuals andtheir markets both for the purpose of obtaining information insupport of valuations and also to look for opportunities for crossselling of business.
    • Build and maintaingoodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existingclients at all times in order to foster the professional image ofthe Partnership.
